Join our comprehensive two-day course designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to obtain your Maryland Handgun Qualification License (HQL) and Concealed Carry Permit (CCW).
Day 1: Classroom Training
Start Time: 9:00 AM | Location: Our Office
Day 1 focuses on essential foundations, including:
Situational awareness strategies
Maryland firearm and use-of-force laws
Aftermath considerations of self-defense encounters
Handgun operation and ammunition types
Basic shooting fundamentals
We’ll also explore the critical mindset for personal protection and introduce our three key principles for successfully defending yourself and your loved ones.
Day 2: Range Qualification
Start Time: 9:00 AM | Location: Shooting Range
On Day 2, you'll apply your training with:
Qualification at multiple distances
Realistic situational drills
Advanced safety protocols
Class Requirements
Participants must bring:
A handgun
100 rounds of ammunition
Ear and eye protection
If you don’t own a firearm or equipment, select our Equipment Add-On option. We’ll provide everything you need, including a variety of firearms for hands-on experience.

Upon completion of this course you will receive the certificate and shooting qualification to apply for a CCW permit. Passing this course does not guarantee you will be approved by the governing agency that issues the permits.
